She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Phyllis Belle (Lower); and her daughter Poppi Chadwell. She is survived by: her husband Gary Rouch; her daughter Brandi (Scooter); her stepdaughters, Crystal White, Darlene Crider (Ian) and Carlene Carter (Ed); and her sister Carla Boone.
