He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Sykes Warren; and his grandparents, Jesse Frank Sykes, Sr., Helen T. Arnold, Pearl L. Howard and Charles Grey London.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Wilson-Sykes of Atlanta; his sons, Charles Dallas Sykes Jr., Ziyon Wilson, Zaire Sykes and Zamir Sykes; and his siblings, Dwylette Sykes, Denise London, Chad Sykes (Armentha), Bruce Sykes, Anthony London, Carl Parker, Terrance London, Triant Abdul-Halim and Keith Dallas London. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
