She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan Eugene and Cinnie Elnora Parker (Tritch); her husband Richard Lepley; her sons, Richard U. Lepley and Guy L. Lepley; her granddaughter Mary Beverly Heffley; her children-in-law, Cindy Lepley and Chad Wappes; and her siblings, Lynda Loucks, Dan Parker, Thomas Parker, Wanda Forrester, Irene Gillespie, Glova Spears, Dorothy Lockwood and Ilah Notestine.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lepley of Auburn, William Lepley (Cindy) of Ashley, Lynda Wappes (Chad) of Kendallville and Robert Lepley of Kendallville; her daughter-in-law Lynda Lepley (Guy) of Hudson; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Bell, Melissa Van Allen, Richard W. Lepley, Nekol Hufnagle, Tina Fogle, Jesse Lepley, Tracey McDowel, Brenda Chriswell, Jaymee Wappes, Lynsee Pliett, Nate Wappes, Travis Lepley, Rae Lyn Henderson, Mary Ditmars and Guy Alden Lepley. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
