He is survived by: his wife Janet Woolworth (Wilber); his daughters, Deana Waterman (Todd) of Bellevue, MI and Darla Jackson (John) of Waterloo, IN; his grandchildren, John Jr., Aubrey Staller (Simeon), Leland Jackson, Danielle Woolworth, Elyse Zimmerlee, Destiny Woolworth, Alex Zimmerlee, Joseph Zimmerlee, Peter Zimmerlee, Elaina Jackson, Natale Jackson, Lilian Jackson, Kristan Hunter, Brittney Hunter, Kelsey Channells (Ryan), Kamron Waterman and Kolten Waterman; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Staller, Matthew Staller and Jayden Channells; his siblings, Ivan Woolworth (Janet) of Jackson, MI and Phyllis Woolworth of Cedar Springs, MI; and his siblings-in-law, Illa Woolworth, Wanda Woolworth and Merlin Tiede. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
