He was predeceased by: his parents, Othal W. Boyd and Laura May Boyd (Stitsworth); his daughter Julia Boyd; and his brother Steve Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Brett Boyd (Tina) of Angola, Dave Boyd (Sarah) of Kendallville and Rhonda Bowman (Delbert) of Wolcottville; and his stepchildren, Jake Dove of Ashley and Jessica Miller of Ashley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
