He is survived by: his wife Susan Schwartz of Ashley; his sons, Chad Schwartz (Rachel) of Auburn, Timothy Schwartz (Nora) of Auburn and Ben Schwartz (Rachel) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Anthony Adame, Alexa Tripp (Connor Meehan), Tyler Schwartz (Jake Racz), Avery Schwartz, Elliot Schwartz, Savannah Schwartz, Bishop Schwartz and Hudson Schwartz; his great grandchildren, Jude Meehan and Lennon Meehan; his father Martin "Mike" Schwartz of Hudson; and his siblings, Dawn Fry of Georgia, Bonnie Deetz (Jim) of Wolcottville, Robert Schwartz of Angola and Marty Schwartz of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be directed to Wolf Creek Habitat & Rescue, 14099 Wolf Creek Road, Brookville, Indiana, 47012.
