He is survived by: his former wife Eunice Ilene Smith; his wife Mary E. McEntarfer (Shidler); his daughters, Pamela Myers of Spencerville and Patricia Brown (Dorsey) of Waterloo; his stepdaughters, Teresa Abel, Roberta Miller and Virginia Tester (Dave); his grandchildren, Julie Myers and Aaron Myers; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Brown and Kaysia Daniels (David, Sr.); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aundrayen Pence and David Daniels, Jr.; and his sisters, Cora McCloskey of Fort Wayne, Sylvia Fitch of St Johns and Marjorie Glyshaw of Bellaire.
