He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carr (John), Linda Flower (Lloyd), Greg Ballinger (Cindy) and Rocky D. Ballinger Jr.; his sisters, Eileen Solomon and Nancy Elliott; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
