He is survived by: his wife Kennetta Smith of Argos, Indiana.; his sons, Michael Smith (Sherry) of Argos, Indiana and Matthew Smith (Stacy) of Argos; his grandchildren, Zachery Smith (Hannah), Alyssa Howard (Chris), Isaiah Smith, Parker Smith, Izabelle Hayn and Matthew Smith Jr.; his great grandchildren, Addi, Bently and Teaghyn; and his siblings, Patti Smith of Glenwood and Michael Smith (Kathy) of Oklahoma City.
