He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman T. Leverich Sr. and Mary H. Horvath (Holmes); his son Michael Leverich; his great grandchild Tristan Skidmore; and his sister Susan Cameron.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Gerschoffer of Argos; his children, Mary Kondelka (Drahomir) of Goshen, Betty Beaman of California, Brenda White (Richard) of Culver, Norma Kimberlin (David Lobley) of Rochester, Cathi Hummel (David Bryant) of Bourbon, Nancy Geroux of Washington, Tonya Leverich of Nappanee and Norm Leverich (Ilknur) of South Carolina; and his siblings, Carolyn Burbridge of Arkansas and Robert Leverich of Marysville, MI.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
