Thomas O. Silvey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas O. Silvey of Arcadia, Indiana, who passed away on March 21, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Silvey and Mary Silvey (Socks); his wife Caroline Hanna; his brother Bill Silvey; his sister-in-law Marjorie; his sisters, Irene Beeson and Mary "Liz" Wilkin-Woodard; his brother-in-law John Lawhead; and his niece Mary Ann Morales.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Oscar Silvey II (Allison Leer) of Greencastle, Daniel Silvey (Linda) of Arcadia and Nancy Spears (Mike) of Fairland; his sister-in-law Sue Lawhead of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Mary Jane Hill (Daniel), Killey Shuck (Dustin), Danielle Atkisson (Trent), Travis Silvey (Mary), Kandice Holton-Spears, Michael Spears, Denise Bolander (Brett Norrod), Earl Bolander II (Lee Ann) and Audrey Bolander (Jason Stamm); and his great great grandchildren, Ensley and Kaysen Metcalf. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
