She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Bud" Tolley; her father Herschel E. "Bud" Moore; and her brothers, Terry Moore, Buddy Moore and John Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Kane Hutchison (Tammy) of Arcadia, IN and Nick Hutchison of Arcadia, IN; and her mother Annabell June Philbeck-Wilson (Philbeck) of Lebanon, IN. She is also survived by several step-siblings, step-children, adopted children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and three special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to Hartley Funeral Home to assist with Sandy's arrangements.
