He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedric "Tommy" Cox and Martha Cox (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Lesley Cox of Arcadia, IN; his children, Jon A. Cox (Melissa) and Jamie Cox Mitchell (Tim); his grandchildren, Jacob Mitchell (Morgan), Caleb Mitchell and Kayanna Cox; and his great grandchild Forrest Mitchell.
