He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Pluma Ethel Stover (Graham). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Stover (Fennell); his children, Jeffrey Alan Stover (Lori) of Frankfort, IN and Jodi Ann Witham (Stover) of Sharpsville, IN; his siblings, Robert Stover of Arcadia, IN, Dan Stover of Buefort, SC, Sharon Buchanan of Raleigh, NC and Cathryn Clemans of Vale, AZ; his grandchildren, Justin, Clayton, Chase Stover and Heather Schulenburg; and his great grandchildren, Ada and Emery.
