Dorothy Anne Knapp Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Anne Knapp of Arcadia, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ehman and Isola Ehman (Caldwell); her daughter-in-law Michelle Knapp; and her brothers, Kenneth C. Ehman, Jr., Ted Ehman and Jack Ehman.
She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" E. Knapp of Arcadia; her sons, Gregory A. Knapp (Debbie Pickett) of Arcadia and Mark E. Knapp (Teri) of Noblesville; her grandchildren, Chris Knapp (Heather) of Cicero, Ryan Knapp (Lisa) of Arcadia, Adam Knapp (Brittny) of Noblesville, Daniel Knapp (Stacy) of Noblesville, Jared Knapp (Andrea) of Dallas, TX and Travis Knapp (Allie) of Pendleton; and her great grandchildren, Rees, Bryce, Sylvia, Ellie, Lane, Gracesyn, Lincoln, Natalie and Hayden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Union Christian Church (1711 E 296th St, Atlanta, IN 46031). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michelle Knapp Memorial Scholarship at Hamilton Heights or to East Union Christian Church.
