She was predeceased by: her parents, Cary Mortorff and Arlene Mortorff (Pyke); and her son Joshua Nathan Ciolkos. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Ciolkos of Angola, Indiana; and her sons, Ryan Michael Ciolkos (Michelle) of Fort Wayne and David Mathew Ciolkos (Fransiska) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
