She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Beals and Audrey Young (Beals); and her husband Stanley W. "Stan" Monroe. She is survived by: her sister Carol Negrea of New Castle; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Hogue of Long, Soni Zepplin of Volant, Karen Johnson of Canton and Daniel Hogue of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania..

Family requests memorials be given in memory of Susan K. Monroe to the Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County or Heart to Heart Hospice.
