She is survived by: her children, Mike Utley (Megan) of Angola and Kelly Miller (Ron) of Monroeville, Ohio; her siblings, Steve Smith (Vickie) of Marion, Ohio, Tina Lucas (David) of Marion and Nancy Lane (Terry) of Marion, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Kory, Caleb, Destiny, Alex, Gracie, Nicholas and Whitney.
