He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Hague and Lillian Hague (Wilks); and his wife Janice L. Shuman. He is survived by: his daughters, Lucretia Shank (Steve) of Angola, IN and Lorene Dougherty (John) of Nappanee, IN; his grandchildren, Sarah Maas (David), Emma Gatchell (Christopher), James Dougherty, Lee Dougherty (Lydia) and Jacob Dougherty; his great grandchildren, Callie Gatchell and Adalyn Dougherty; his close friend Nancy Hopper of LaGrange, IN; and his siblings, Lucy Miner (Jim) of Wolf Lake, IN, Becky Jackson (Carl) of Kendallville, IN, Steve Hague (Beth) of Leo, IN and Marilyn Shatzer (Jerry) of Fort Wayne, IN..
