It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duncan of Angola, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Thomas Duncan and Alta Duncan (Smith); and his wife Sandra Kay Walker.
