He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lash and Eleanor Lash (Wood). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lash of Angola; his children, Chad Lash (Amy) of Angola and Jenni Lash of South Bend; his grandsons, Marcus and Bennett Lash; and his siblings, LeRoy Lash (Pat) of Noblesville, Richard Lash of Pleasant Lake, Roger Lash (Robert Young) of Fort Wayne and Adele Lash of Indianapolis.
