She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Marvin F. Sielken and Verna M. Sielken (Papenfus); her significant other Jack Dale Cook; and her sister Ruthann Sielken. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Berndt (Daryl) of Angola and Jodie Burelison (Joe) of Angola; her grandchildren, Austin Young, Jeremy Young (Shelby), Megan Shoup (Owen), Brandon Burelison (Laura) and Dylan Burelison (Dakota); her great grandchildren, Jack Young, Liam, Jase, Evan Burelison, Delaney, Archer and Maddyn Burelison; and her sister Karen Weesner of Colorado Springs.
