He was predeceased by: his father William H. "Bill" Johnson; his sister Denise Davis; and his sister-in-law Connie Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Johnson (Cody Hantz) of Angola, Indiana; his siblings, Pamela Greenwood (Ron) of Paso Robles, California, Robert Johnson of Convoy, Dennis Johnson (Patricia) of Decatur, Duane Johnson (Devone) of Monroe, Indiana and Kristi Kershner (Jeremy) of Bluffton, Indiana; his brother-in-law Joe Davis of Decatur, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Brody and Kenady Hantz.
