It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loren O. Hankey of Angola, Indiana, born in Auburn, Indiana, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hankey and Nancy Olive Hankey (Clear); his wife Maryellen Hankey; and his siblings, Neil Hankey, Beth Hefley and Ened Hartz.
He is survived by: his son Noel; his daughter-in-law Renee Hankey of Angola; his sons, Nile Hankey of Fremont and Neil; his daughter-in-law Lisa Hankey of Hudson; his grandchildren, Sara (Weston Hankey), Richard (Rafaella Droste), Jessica (Branden Bird), Nathan Hankey, Amanda Droste and Jacob Hankey (Cheyenne Rose); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Hartz of Hicksville, Ohio., Harry VanWye of Montpelier, Ohio., Luralee Harold of Etna Green, Indiana. and Donna Jean Hankey of Leo, Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
