He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clark and Dora Clark (Roller); his wife Doris Clark (Goeglein); and his siblings, Delores Fry and Ronald Clark.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Flenar (Rex) of Ft. Wayne and Denise Mendenhall (Jim) of Lake James; his grandchildren, Aaron Flenar (Stephanie), Andrew Flenar, Leah Flenar, Chris Mendenhall (Ashley), Nathan Mendenhall and Troy Mendenhall; his great grandchildren, Clara Flenar, Eleanor Flenar, Kane Mendenhall, Emily Armstrong and Jonathan Armstrong; and his siblings, Don Clark (Yvonne) and Karan Clark.
