Silowsky (Chuck Blank) and Tammy Silowsky of Fort Wayne; her great grandchild Alex Silowky (Caden) of Chicago; and her great great grandchild Victoria Oxley of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM.
