He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Verba and Rachel Verba. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Verba; his sons, Chase Verba (Krista), Cole Verba (Jennifer), Shane Livensparger (Haley) and Mitch Livensparger; his grandchildren, Everett, Hudson, Max, Bennett, Landon, Madeline and McKenna; his sisters, Liz White and Sue Verba; and his sisters-in-law, Teri Verba, Skip (Alyssa), Olivia, Jayden, Wayland and Everly Weinreich. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
