He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Phillips and Violet Phillips (Lung). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Riggs Phillips (Rahmer) of Angola, Indiana; his children, Ron Phillips (Nenita Drizal) of Muskegon, Michigan and Brenda Brown (Scott) of Elmira, Michigan; his stepdaughters, Brenda Armstrong (John) of Auburn and Bonnie Rattigan of North Charleston; his brother Donald Phillips of Howe; and his stepsiblings, Maxine Oswalt of Liberty, James Oswalt (Kris) of Iola and Danny Oswalt of Iola. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 12 great- grandchildren.
