He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Moore and Lucy Moore (Hicks); and his sister Annette Moore. He is survived by: his wife Kathay Moore of Angola; his children, Melissa Bishop (Randall) of Kendallville, Wendy Moore of Kendallville and Billy Moore, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Garrett; his grandchildren, Shaylee Holland (Joshua), Dustin Cupp (Trisha) and Breanna Spillers (Nicholaus); his great grandchildren, Emma Spillers, Cyllas Cupp and Cayne Cupp; and his siblings, Glema Prater of Kendallville, Ora Wright (Thomas) of Kendallville, Barb Messmer (Jim) of Florence, Jeannie Shepherd (Ollie) of Albion, Sara Chaffins of Auburn, Barkley Moore (Sarah) of Kendallville and Larry Moore (Mary Jane) of Albion. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Independent Full Gospel Church (1000 S Gonser Ave, Ashley, IN 46705). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
