He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin W. Buechley and Elizabeth A. Buechley (Mertz); his nephews, Jeffrey Lanham and Gregory Lanham; and his cousin Charles Buechley.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Poston of Angola; his sisters, Beverly Lanham (Billy) of Pennsylvania and Barbara Emmett (Patrick) of Pennsylvania; his cousins, Phillip Krause (Carol), Mary Deeds Buechley, Jane Patterson and Nancy Guitas; and his pet Chester.
Memorials may be made in his memory to the Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County.
