"Cindy" Crum (Sparks) of Angola; her brother Matthew Crum (Heather) of Angola; her niece Natalie Crum; her nephew Ashton Crum; her uncles, Scott Sparks (Elaine) of Ocala, Paul Sparks of Ocala, Dr. Howard Crum (Ruth Ann) of Lexington and Charles Southern of Mesa; her close friend Pat Rahm of Toledo; and her pet Luna.
