She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Orr and Emily Lucille Orr (Bowles); her husband David W. Collins; and her brothers, Jerry Lee Orr, Ray Orr and Jackie Dale Orr.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Duane Spear (Spence Ginter Spear), Robert Lewis Spear, Jerry Lee Mills, Phyllis Thompson of Andrews, IN and Cynthia Lucille Schweizer; and her siblings, Gary Wayne Orr (Betty) of Houston, TX, Steve Orr (Gaye), Alice Ross (Raymond Garrett) of Roann, IN, Floy Hodsen, Carol Jean "Jeanie" Engle (Craig) and Cheryl August. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
