He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Glenn Kughen and Ruthadele Kughen-Yount (Small). He is survived by: his wife Pamela McKee; his children, Mark Eugene Kughen (Melissa) and Susan Kughen-Hutcheson; his grandsons, Lucas Kughen, Austin Kughen, Jay Michael Marin and Gabriel Brown; his siblings, Rosemary, Susie, Jackie and Raymond; and his close friend Bob Bothwell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
