She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Boyer and Marjorie Boyer (Giffin); her husband Robert U. Satterthwaite; her brother Harold Boyer; and her daughter-in-law Trina Satterthwaite.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Hanouw (Gregory) of Aurora, CO, Aleta Batz (Donald) of Braceville, IL and David Satterthwaite of Dexter, KY; her grandchildren, Eric Satterthwaite (Katie), Adam Satterthwaite, Cassondra Barbarich (Luke) and Abigail Hanouw (Noah Davidson); her great grandchild Sophie Satterthwaite; and her sister Bonnie Wehrly (Frank).
Memorial contributions may be directed to a scholarship fund in her name for young women who exhibit the love, kindness, faith, and strength that Carol had in abundance.
