He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Smith and Devota Smith (Scott). He is survived by: his children, Scott Smith (Jessica) of Huntington, Jason Smith (Holly) of Kansas City, KS, Kelly Trieglaff-Boylan (Shawn) of Denver, NC, Debbie Kaufman of Fort Wayne and Christy Musgrove (Guy) of Georgia; and his brother Rodger Smith (Betty) of Marion. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
