She is survived by: her children, Cathy Garrison, Dale Smith (Susie), Tina Smith, Lori Smith, Mark Smith (Alan) and Jay Van Duyn (Petra); her grandchildren, Amanda, Shane, Misty, Rusty of Jeremy, D. J., Tia, Carly, Trina, Christine, Zac and Ariel; her brother David Haskett (Debbie); and her close friends, Brian and Lisa Hutchison. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
