She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Clemons and Mary Elizabeth Clemons (Clayborn); and her husband William Graydon Hilbolt. She is survived by: her daughters, Della Brown (Jay) of Alexandria and Alesia Volk-True (Joe) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; her grandchildren, Harley Brown of Alexandria, Henry Brown (Jordan) of Anderson, Haley Brown-Faulds (Joe) of Pendleton, Amanda Volk of Boston and Dakota True of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; her great grandchildren, Nichole Brown, Peyton Brown and Aiden Kai Faulds; and her sister Ruby Cook of Cookeville, Tennessee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
