He is survived by: his children, Christy Acree, Elvin Paul Acree (Sabrina) and Jason Barton; his stepdaughter Tiffany Robbins; his grandchildren, Myricle Robbins, Desaray Acree, Elvin Acree, Jr., Cheyenne Robbins and Jay Shaw, Jr.; and his sister Deloris Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
