He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Wensel and Theora Ethel Wensel (Bell); and his sister Cathy Wensel. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Wensel; and his brothers, Don Wensel (Paula) of Alexandria, Ron Wensel (Lori) of Greenfield and Aaron Wensel (Amanda) of Anderson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association or Madison County Humane Society.
