He is survived by: his wife Wanda Todd (Buster); his children, DeWayne Buster (Courtney Pallisard) and Kayla Todd; his grandson Wyatt Buster; and his siblings, Jeffrey Owens, Lance Freeman and Vickie Revvert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
