He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adrian and Dorothy Kingsley (Mix); his former wife Elizabeth Kingsley (Braugitan); his son James L. Jones; his grandchildren, Dillon Johnson and Olivia Combs; his great grandchild Phillip Johnson; and his sisters, Wilma and Karen.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Kingsley (Sowers); his children, Mike Kingsley (Sandy), Robb Kingsley (Beth) and Kim Bowdell (Allen); his grandchildren, Heather Johnson, Jamie Jaggers (Andrew), Maleena Reed (Weston), Matthew Pryor, Ryan Kingsley and Jack Kingsley; and his great grandchildren, Leo Johnson, Wesley Johnson, Blake Haines, Beau Jaggers, Addison Jaggers, Izabella Reed and Noah Reed.
