He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson Crouch and Marguerite Augustson Crouch; and his brother Lanny Crouch (Patricia). He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Crouch (Carolyn), Elaine Jerrils (Bill), Sharyn Redding (Glen) and Peggy Roth (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Willard's name to Anderson University or Beaumont Nursing Home.
