He was predeceased by: his mother Heleria Smith (Penny); and his grandmother Gloria Clark. He is survived by: his father George Smith; his wife Jessica Smith (York); his daughters, Brooklynne Smith, Heleria Smith and Makayla Smith; and his stepchildren, Serenity Bauer and Jason Murray.
