She was predeceased by: her father Gary M. Eutsler. She is survived by: her mother Theresa J. Webb (Collins); her children, Anthony Cole Evans, Quinten Michael Evans, Areanna Nicole Evans and Hailey Veronica Evans; her siblings, Anthony David (Tony), Heather Marie Baker, Amanda Crystal Eutsler and Kimberly Kay Madewell (Jim); and her stepsiblings, Ross Webb, Scott Webb (Carol) and Cheryl Webb (Sewell Jerome Evans). She is also survived by several nieces and nephew's and friends.
