She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis "Buzzy" Achelpohl and Iola Achelpohl (Trout). She is survived by: her husband Ed; her son Edward C. Aselman, III of Anderson; her brothers, Roger Achelpohl (Nan) of Olive Branch, MS and Crayton Achelpohl (Jan) of Quincy, IL; and her nieces, Wendy, Michele, Jessica and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Trudy's memory may be gifted to First Church of the Nazarene.
