He is survived by: his wife Jamie Pickett; his children, Shelby, Katie, Hanna (Silas), Jason (Samantha), Katelyn and David (Haley); his pets, Maggie Mae and Scrappy Doo; his grandchildren, Rikky, Paisley, Arlo Kane, Abel Klyde, Emma "Thug", Alejandro "Little Man" and Korra Jean; his parents, Thomas Pickett and Janice Pickett; his brothers, Tim Pickett (Nancy) and Troy Pickett; and his close friends, Nikki and Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson (504 W 9th St, Anderson, IN 46016). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
