She was predeceased by: her parents, William Creech and Sherry Creech (Bush); and her brother Tom Creech. She is survived by: her husband Charles E Kurtz, Jr. of Anderson; her children, Alexis Kurtz of Muncie, Caitlyn Kurtz of Anderson, Emily Kurtz of McCordsville and Jacob Kurtz of Indianapolis; and her brothers, Bill Creech (Karen) of Marion, Todd Creech (Marilee) of Muncie and Scott Creech (Ginger) of Elwood.
