He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Brummett and Myrtle Brummett; his stepfather Hassel Phipps; and his close friend Junior Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Hayden Brummett (Betty), Hershel Brummett, Sherry Emmons (Mitch), Shelly Harter (Jerri) and Brett Phipps; his close friends, Betty Rector and Don Johnson; his friend Sussie; and also, Sherry Johnson, Sheila Johnson, Terri Johnson and Ashley Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contribution, in his name, may be made to the Madison County Humane Society.
