He is survived by: his wife Marianne Woolbert-Maxwell; his daughter Shannon Talmage (Mark); his grandson Devan Talmage; his siblings, Bill Maxwell, Nancy Jaynes and Jack Maxwell; his nephews, Vance Maxwell (Patty) and Joe Jaynes (Becky); his niece Denise Turner (Bill); his close friends, Dan Turner and Sherry Silvey; and his pet Blue. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In place of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Animal Protection League, The Madison County Humane Society or a of the individual's choice.
