He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginal Erlon and Mary Lou Otis (Owens). He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean; his children, Leroy Otis (Kimberly) of Tennessee, Candace Keels (Miguel) of South Carolina, Cody Webster (Jordon) of Iowa, Chelsea Elliott (Dustin) of Anderson, Taylor Otis of Iowa and Reba Otis of Anderson; and his siblings, Joseph Otis (Linda) and Tammy Barnett (Bill). He is also survived by 19 beautiful grandchildren; one great grandson.
